Автор проанализировал некоторые аспекты внешнеполитической деятельности конгресса США в военно-политической и экономической сферах, направленной на обеспечение национальных интересов Вашингтона. В статье показано системное формирование вокруг России и Китая пояса «контролируемой нестабильности».

The author has analysed some aspects of the foreign policy activities of the US Congress in the military-political and economic spheres aimed at ensuring Washington’s national interests. The article shows the systemic formation of a belt of “controlled instability” around Russia and China.
