Статья содержит научную критику концепции международного порядка, основанного на правилах. Показана системообразующая роль Организации Объединённых Наций в Ялтинско-Потсдамском мировом порядке. Автор статьи обосновывает вывод о наличии у России плодотворных идей для разработки концепции нового мирового порядка, призванного восстановить чёткую границу между добром и злом, поставить заслоны против беспорядка и хаоса, остановить реставрацию фашизма.

The article contains a scholarly critique of the concept of a rules-based international order. It shows the systemic role of the United Nations in the YaltaPotsdam world order. The author substantiates the conclusion that Russia has fruitful ideas for developing the concept of a new world order, designed to restore a clear boundary between good and evil, to put up barriers against disorder and chaos, and to stop the restoration of fascism.
