Статья посвящена современным взглядам администрации США на развитие кадрового потенциала в оборонной промышленности и вооружённых силах. Под этим углом автор проанализировал ряд ключевых правительственных документов США. Опыт американцев в данной области может быть полезен при разработке кадровой политики в российском оборонно-промышленном комплексе.

The article is devoted to the current views of the US administration on the development of human capital in the defense industry and armed forces. From this angle, the author analyzed a number of key US government documents. In his opinion, the US experience in this area can be useful in developing a personnel policy in the Russian military-industrial complex.
