Под этим углом автор проанализировал ряд ключевых правительственных документов США. Опыт американцев в данной области может быть полезен при разработке кадровой политики в российском оборонно-промышленном комплексе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the current views of the US administration on the development of human capital in the defense industry and armed forces. From this angle, the author analyzed a number of key US government documents.
