В статье анализируется поиск политической элитой Германии содержания и объективных границ феномена партнёрства в контексте реакции на политику Д. Трампа и последствий оставшегося после его ухода с поста президента общественно-политического раскола Америки. Автор высказывает ряд гипотез, касающихся будущих отношений между ЕС и США.

The article analyzes the search of the political elite of Germany for the content and real limits of the partnership within western civilization, in the context of the reaction to the policies of US President Trump and the consequences of the social and political division of the country that remained after him. The author presents some hypoteses concerning the future of relations between the US and the EU.
