В статье раскрываются правовые основы применения военной силы США за пределами страны, рассмотрены геополитические цели и дана оценка применения американской военной силы в конфликтах различных видов.

The article reveals the legal basis for the use of US military force outside the country, examines geopolitical goals and provides an assessment of the use of American military force in various types of conflicts.
