Автор анализирует российские подходы к обеспечению международной информационной безопасности в контексте работы профильного структурного подразделения МИД России – Департамента международной информационной безопасности и описывает направления государственной политики Российской Федерации в области информационной безопасности как в рамках многосторонних площадок (ООН, СНГ, ШОС, ОДКБ и др.), так и двустороннем плане.

The article analyses the Russian approaches towards ensuring the international information security (IIS) in the context of functioning of the correspondent structural unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia — Department of International Information Security. The author describes the main directions of the Russian state policy in the sphere of IIS both within the framework of international forums (UN, CES, Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, Collective Security Treaty Organization, etc.) and in bilateral relations.
