В статье показана эволюция подходов США к расширению зон своего влияния и практики применения моделей по созданию лояльных Вашингтону режимов. Доктрина «Госстроительство 1.0» была ориентирована на жёсткое подчинение политий Карибского бассейна. «Госстроительство 2.0» камуфлирует прежние цели доминирования концептами либерализма и демократии. Строительство вассального государства на Украине – это специальная операция, от которой США вряд ли откажутся.
The article shows the evolution of approaches to expanding the zones of American influence and the practice of applying models to create regimes loyal to Washington. The doctrine of “State Building 1.0” was focused on the strict subordination of Caribbean polities, “State Building 2.0” camouflages the previous goals of domination by the concepts of liberalism and democracy. Building a vassal state in Ukraine is a special operation that the US is unlikely to abandon.
