В настоящее время теория справедливой войны оказывает существенное влияние на политику и право мирового сообщества.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The principle (criterion) of just cause, in conjunction with five other principles, constitutes the concept of jus ad bellum, which defines the right to go to war within the framework of the just war theory.
