Unprecedented macrosystemic transformations are taking place in the world. The result of crisisconflict local, regional and geopolitical divisions, isolations and splits has been the systemic degradation of the existing world order. Key centers of power are shifting towards the NonWest. The overstrain of the US hyperpower status is approaching a critical point. The fragmentation of the geopolitical space and its chaos have reached a maximum that threatens global strategic security.
