Достигается это в том числе при помощи манипулятивных технологий по формированию общественных настроений. Изменение баланса сил в регионе после Брекзита не отразилось на статусе Великобритании как главного адвоката расширения ЕС, но невзирая на официальную приверженность единой линии с Брюсселем, расставшийся с ним Лондон формирует собственную систему влияния на балканские процессы
Modern British policy is characterized by skillful adaptation to changing conditions, flexibility and tactical maneuvering, which determines the success of the strategy of presence in the Balkans. This is achieved, among other things, with the help of manipulative technologies to shape public sentiment. The change in the balance of power in the region after Brexit did not affect the UK’s status as the main advocate of EU enlargement, but despite its official commitment to a single line with Brussels, London, which has parted ways with Brussels, is forming its own system of influence on the Balkan processes.
