На основе анализа документов и официальных заявлений президента Бразилии Лулы да Силвы, касающихся возможностей и перспектив урегулирования украинского кризиса, показана эволюция внешнеполитической позиции страны. Отмечено сопряжение позиций Бразилии и Пекина и их отражение в «Шести пунктах» министров иностранных дел Бразилии и КНР, а также значение в принятии политических решений доверительных отношений президентов России и Бразилии.
Based on the analysis of documents and official statements by Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the evolution of the foreign policy approach of the Republic regarding the possibilities and prospects of resolving the Ukrainian crisis is shown. The alignment of positions between Brazil and Beijing and its reflection in the «Six Points» of the Foreign Ministers of Brazil and the PRC were noted, as well as the significance of the trust-based relationship between the Presidents of Russia and Brazil in political decision-making.
