Диспропорции и неравенства региональной системы здравоохранения, проявляющиеся в неразвитости сети учреждений здравоохранения и недостаточной обеспеченности квалифицированными кадрами, отражаются прежде всего на качестве и доступности медицинской помощи для населения. Недоступность медицинской помощи для малообеспеченных групп населения во многом объясняется экономией и коммерциализацией медицинских услуг.
Disproportions and inequalities of the regional health care system, manifested in the underdevelopment of the network of health care institutions and the insufficient provision of qualified personnel, are reflected, first of all, in the quality and accessibility of medical care for of the population. It is becoming increasingly clear that the need for health care of low-income groups is largely due to the processes of economy and commercialization of medical services.
