По беспрецедентно настойчивой инициативе России в Женеве – Брюсселе – Вене (10, 12, 13 января 2022 г. соответственно) прошли двусторонние российско-американские, а затем и многосторонние – с НАТО и ОБСЕ – переговоры по вопросам стратегической стабильности, фокусировавшиеся на красных линиях национальной безопасности России. Сам факт проведения этих переговоров по настоянию России и мгновенной (по дипломатическим меркам) реакции США и их союзников свидетельствует о возросшем геополитическом статусе России, которая теперь участвует не только в реализации международной повестки, но и в её активном формировании.
On January 10, 12, 13, 2022, in Geneva – Brussels – Vienna on the unprecedentedly persistent initiative of Russia were held bilateral Russian-American, and then multilateral – with NATO and the OSCE – negotiations on strategic stability, the totality of which focused on the red lines of national security of Russia. The very fact that these negotiations were being held at the insistence of Russia, to which the United States and its allies reacted so quickly, and by diplomatic standards, instantly, clearly indicates the increased geopolitical status of Russia. Russia now participates not only in the implementation of the international agenda, but also in its active formation.
