Актуальные тренды научно-технологической повестки

Аннотация
В статье сделана попытка выявить тренды в глобальной научно-технологической повестке. Определено, что её ключевыми параметрами являются усиление национального контроля над производством критических материалов и технологий, модернизация промышленной политики и формирование межнациональных технологических альянсов на основе общих ценностей.
