The Russian direction of foreign policy of Angela Merkel’s Fourth Government

Abstract
The article aims at considering the Russian foreign policy vector of the fourth government cabinet in the context of the transatlantic and European dimension of German foreign policy. The author outlines the long-term goals of cooperation within the framework of the idea of strategic partnership.
