Abstract

Modern Russian-Mongolian relations have a positive and mutually beneficial character. The Mongolian international concept of the “third neighbour” demonstrates its wish to actively develop extensive relations with extra-regional actors in international relations that by no means indicates the decline in the level of bilateral relations.
