Friendliness of country communication regimes Example of Russian-Estonian relations in education

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the friendliness of country communication regimes in the field of education on the example of relations between Russia and Estonia. In the context of negative political discourse, the author shows that education is one of the potential areas for developing cooperation and improving intercountry communication.
