Social practices in Russia as the basis for the modernization of political governance

Abstract
The article presents a scientific substantiation of the need to form a strong state based on the principles of social justice, providing both the maximum possible smoothing of social stratification, and the possibility of participation in political governance of representatives of different segments of society on the basis of participativity. Foreign examples and modern social practices in Russia are analyzed.
