Intangible Resources of Paradiplomacy in Russian Foreign Policy

Abstract
By developing international and foreign economic relations, the constituent entities of the Federation participate in the implementation of Russian foreign policy. The application of the concept of «intangible resources » of paradiplomacy allowed us to expand the regions’ potential to strengthen international relations and achieve the goals of the Russian foreign policy.
