The ITC project “North – South”: problems and development under the sanctions

Abstract
The North – South International Transport Corridor project began in 2000 during the II International Eurasian Transport Conference in St. Petersburg. Russia, India and Iran signed an intergovernmental agreement on the creation of the ITC «North – South». The article discusses the prospects and problems of the «North – South».
