Author Guidelines

Requirements for materials,
to be submitted for consideration
of the editorial board of the journal "Обозреватель -Observer"

The article should be sent to the editorial office with accompanying documents by e-mail: observer-rau@yandex.ru.

The volume of the structured (with subheadings) text of the article is 20-25 thousand characters with spaces (font Times New Roman, 14 font size, spacing 1.5).

References to sources are given in Arabic numerals in square brackets with end-to-end numbering, output data, indication of pages and are given page by page. At the end of the article all references are grouped in alphabetical order (in Russian, then in foreign languages) with the indication of output data (place of publication, publishing house, year of publication, total number of pages) and are arranged without numbering. Sources in the bibliography are also indicated in Latin script under the Russian name. Foreign sources are given in the original language with the output data.

The article should contain the UDC index, an abstract (300-500 characters), keywords and information about the author (full name, academic degree, other titles, place of work, position, SPIN-code, e-mail and contact phone numbers). The title of the article and the above information should be given in Russian and English.

Figures, graphs, schemes are given in JPG or EPS formats as separate files. Tables are made in accordance with GOST R 2.105-2019.

Supporting documentation:

1. Extract from the decision of the department (scientific subdivision), where the work was performed, with re-recommendation of the article for publication. The extract is signed by the head of the department (head of the scientific division) or his deputy, the signature is certified by the appropriate personnel structure.
2. The review of the specialist - doctor of sciences on the article is presented in the form of a text document in MS Word format with an indication of the reviewer's e-mail, as well as in the form of a scan-copy of the certified review with a seal. Review form.
3. A certificate of anti-plagiarism check is attached to the article.

The editorial board considers the article only when all materials are received in a set.
