Current US Government Views on Human Capital in the Military-Industrial Complex

Abstract

The article is devoted to the current views of the US administration on the development of human capital in the defense industry and armed forces. From this angle, the author analyzed a number of key US government documents. In his opinion, the US experience in this area can be useful in developing a personnel policy in the Russian military-industrial complex.
