Abstract

   The modern confrontation of states in the world is rapidly acquiring the features of a civilization struggle, behind the facade of which military-political coalitions of very different configurations are being formed. Russia’s special operation in Ukraine can be understood only in the context of Russia’s broader confrontation with the aggression of the Western coalition, which has covered almost all areas - from culture and sports to military-technical struggle.

Abstract

   On December 17th, 2021, in Moscow there was held the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Information Technologies and their impact on the internal policy of the state and international relations”. The conference was organized by the Institute of Management and Regional Development (IURD) of the RANEPA in cooperation with the Institute of Asian and African Countries (ISAA) of Moscow Lomonosov State University and the “Center for International Information Security and Scientific and Technological Policy” MGIMO (U), the company “Polymatika”. the information support was provided by the scientific and analytical journal “Observer”. Abstract

   The long-term trends of changes in consumption processes are determined by the variability of consumer attitudes, largely determined by the nature of the perception of social reality by different groups of the population. Based on statistical data and the results of sociological research, the authors conclude that the regional specifics of social support for low-income groups of the population, designed to equalize their final consumption opportunities, often increase the differentiating influence on the regional specificity of this process.
