The social and solidarity economy (SSE) is traditionally defined as the forms of economic organization, focused on economic activity and the extraction of income, used for the needs of society and managed on the basis of democratic principles. SSE structures reproduce relations of mutual aid, solidarity, cooperation, equality and collectivism.

The article examines the models of social and solidarity economy in six Asian countries – Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, China, Malaysia and South Korea.

Ensuring the rule of law in the licensing sphere is of particular importance for society, given the wide practical distribution of the licensing system, which includes a complexly organized mechanism of regulatory authorities that affects non-powerful subjects. The article describes the peacekeeping mission on the Dniester, emphasizes its unique nature, which allows for decades to maintain peace and stability in a region of the world that is troubled from a geopolitical point of view; analyzes the causes and possible consequences of the failure of the negotiation process to resolve the Transnistrian conflict; gives a forecast regarding the most likely scenarios for the development of the situation in the region.
