The Mongolian international concept of the “third neighbour” demonstrates its wish to actively develop extensive relations with extra-regional actors in international relations that by no means indicates the decline in the level of bilateral relations.

Abstract

Anton de Coma is one of the main positive characters in the history of Suriname. His activities as a revolutionary are closely related to the history of the Dutch colony. The authors note the ideological struggle around his figure, in particular an attempt to present him as an adventurer or pacifist. The leading line of his life was to draw attention to issues in the Netherlands the national liberation movement in Suriname. The paper concludes that Anton de Kom laid the foundations for peaceful coexistence and cooperation of various ethnic and racial groups of Suriname, ahead of his time in the framework of the national liberation struggle of this South American country.

The article discusses various aspects of the reform of the US military-industrial complex, considered in the book by M.V. Alexandrov, which became one of the first serious studies devoted to this urgent and complex problem. The reliability of the study is due to the fact that it is based on a wide source base. At the same time, a number of documents in the Russian version are published for the first time.
