Abstract

The article analyzes the political and legal aspects of the legitimacy of V.A. Zelensky as President of Ukraine after May 20, 2024, i.e. after the expiration of a 5-year term of office. The authors conclude that the legitimacy of V.A. Zelensky after the expiration of his term of office does not currently have a legal basis and all his further actions, including the publication, approval or signing of regulatory legal acts, may be questioned.
