Modern British policy is characterized by skillful adaptation to changing conditions, flexibility and tactical maneuvering, which determines the success of the strategy of presence in the Balkans. This is achieved, among other things, with the help of manipulative technologies to shape public sentiment. The change in the balance of power in the region after Brexit did not affect the UK’s status as the main advocate of EU enlargement, but despite its official commitment to a single line with Brussels, London, which has parted ways with Brussels, is forming its own system of influence on the Balkan processes.

The author examines the theoretical basis for the formation of the country’s investment image based on the analysis of Russian practice, shows key aspects and tools for promoting Russia as an attractive destination for foreign investment, including the role of government policy, international forums and digital promotion strategies; analyzes successful examples from other countries (Singapore, UAE, USA and China).
